If you have made a payment to us by credit card we operate a 30 day refund policy.
All services are delivered electronically through a website or by email as an attached document. Hard copies, printed materials, booklets and DVDs are sent by normal post unless special delivery instructions are agreed.
Online payments made by credit card are shown in US Dollars.
